Congratulations to our Practice Manager, Tom Weir, for completing the 100km run on Saturday, 27th August in just over 17 hours. Out of 2,500 contestants Tom finished in 27th place. He has raised an astonishing £1806 for Teenage Cancer Trust. He would like to thank everyone who supported him and donated towards this fantastic cause. His hard work and determination has certainly paid off. Well done Tom!

A huge congratulations to our Orthodontic Therapist Lauren, she completed the challenge of the Ride London 100 yesterday! Lauren dedicated months of training and hard work and being an animal lover, she raised an astonishing £625 for World Wildlife Fund (WWF) who protect endangered wildlife and environments. We are very proud of your fantastic achievement, well done Lauren!

They are: Brush your teeth last thing at night and on at least one other occasion with a fluoride toothpaste. Cut down on how often you have sugary foods and drinks. Visit your dentist regularly, as often as they recommend.
